 Day 0 (Reporting)

1-  Day 1 (Screening)

3 Situation Reaction Test (SRT) 3 Situation Reaction Test (SRT): A book is provided to students with 60 real-life scenarios. they are required to write down their responses to the scenarios. The duration of this test lasts 30 minutes.

4. Self-Description Test (SDT) Students are required to write a few sentences about their self-description within the context. For example, they should write the opinions of their teachers, parents or friends, etc. and the characteristics that they would like to improve. The time limit for the test is 15 minutes.

3- Day 3 (Group Testing - I)

Day 3 is a group test. In this test, several outdoor tests are held where students are required to take part in groups. The day will include testing groups in the following manner:

Group Discussion: A group discussion will be conducted around two topics in a back-to-back fashion, on recent events or social issues. The typical debate lasts 20-30 minutes per session.

A Group Planning Exercise (GPE): The Aspirants are grouped into groups of between 10 and 15 participants and are given a narrative built on a model that addresses particular issues. Candidates must be able to recognize the problem and propose the solution that is practical for their problems.

Progressive Group Task (PGT): Participants must work together to overcome the four obstacles presented within a group. For this, they will be given some support materials and certain rules.

GOR: Group Obstacle Racing (GOR) is often known as"the" Snake race, every group will be able to compete against each other for six obstacles.

4- Day 4 (Group Testing - II)
